zella My new dogmate

I wanted a name unique to her. A name she knows is hers when I call her and a very slim chance another will have it around her. I rescued her from a shelter in WA, BUT SHE CAME OUT OF HOLLYWOOD CA.
She knew she was going home with me today. She is beautiful and happy. Just a sweet face and demeanor all together.
Took me all day to decide her name.

Welcome to your new home.. ZELLA

Dakry German Short Haired Pointer

By no means are we alcoholics, or even drink Daiquiris for that matter. We were at a family gathering and heard someone say "strawberry daiquiri". We changed up the spelling to "Dakry". It breaks from the norm as far as dog names go (Spot, Buddy).

Pandora Pandoras box

Some weeks ago I went outside to find a box full of puppies on the hood of my car. They were approximately two weeks old. Their eyes were not yet open. There were six boys and one girl. Unfortunately the little girl was crippled. I did not know this until she was about four weeks old and was trying to get around with the boys I saw that her back legs did not work. My poor baby has hip dysplasia. She is beautiful and very active. I call her Pandora because I feel like the day she was born she opened a very misfortunate box but I intend to take very good care of her I don't have a lot of money but I hope to take care of her so that she will live a full happy life maybe one day I can afford wheels for the baby the other six are all beautiful and up for adoption they are now 11 weeks old.

Cabella Hunting for girly names

My boyfriend and I adopted our first dog Remmington from a humane society and around 5 months later we adopted another dog from our local animal shelter. We weren't sure what to name her but we did want it to be a "hunting" name to go with Remmington and we wanted it to be girly. While we were waiting to pick up our new puppy. My boyfriend was talking about how excited he was about a Cabela's opening up near us so needless to say that's how we got the name Cabella except we added an extra L to make it a girly name like bella.
